# Actions

> Available actions for managing individual and bulk applications

| Action                   | Description                                                 |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Move to Stage**        | Manually move the application to a different stage          |
| **Assign Tags**          | Add or remove tags on the application                       |
| **Run Automation**       | Trigger a specific automation for this application          |
| **Request Recollection** | Ask the candidate to re-submit specific documents or fields |
| **Send Message**         | Send an email or SMS to the candidate                       |
| **Delete**               | Remove the application                                      |

Bulk actions are available when multiple applications are selected from the list view.
