# Funnel

> The public entry points to hiring flows for different sourcing channels and campaigns

Funnels are the public entry points to a hiring flow. They are the shareable URLs that candidates use to apply. Every hiring flow has one default funnel created automatically, but admins can create additional funnels for different sourcing channels, job boards, referral programs, or campaigns.
