# Integration

> Embed an external integration — AI Caller, scheduling, E-Verify, or a hiring flow sub-module

The **Integration** element embeds an external system or sub-flow directly into the form.

## Integration Types

| Type               | Description                                                         |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **AI Caller**      | Trigger an AI-powered screening call (Voice, Video, Phone, or Chat) |
| **Calendar Event** | Embed a scheduling step for booking interviews or appointments      |
| **Sterling**       | Initiate a Sterling background check                                |
| **E-Verify**       | Run US employment eligibility verification                          |
| **Veriff**         | Trigger identity verification                                       |
| **Hiring Flow**    | Embed another hiring flow as a sub-module within the current form   |
| **Course**         | Assign an LMS course to the candidate                               |

## Configuration

| Option             | Description                                                                         |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Blocking**       | Block form progression until the integration completes                              |
| **Response mode**  | For hiring flow integrations — reuse the latest response or always create a new one |
| **Field mappings** | Map data between the parent form and the embedded integration                       |
