# Review & Sign

> E-signature element with multi-signer support and PDF template configuration

The **Review & Sign** question presents a document for the candidate to review and sign electronically.

## Configuration

| Option                    | Description                                                       |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **PDF template**          | Upload or link a document template for signing                    |
| **Signature coordinates** | Define where the signature is placed on the document              |
| **Font size**             | Set the signature font size                                       |
| **Admin verification**    | Require an admin to review and approve before the candidate signs |
| **I-9 document**          | Enable special handling for US I-9 employment eligibility forms   |

## Multi-Signer Support

Documents can require signatures from multiple parties. Each signer is configured as a **Document Signee** with a specific role:

| Signer Type   | Description                                                |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Form User** | The candidate filling out the form                         |
| **Admin**     | A company admin — optionally restricted to specific admins |
| **External**  | An external party identified by name and email             |

Each signee can have a notification template that sends an email when it is their turn to sign.

## Admin Verification Workflow

When admin verification is enabled:

1. The candidate submits the document
2. An admin reviews and verifies the submission
3. Only after verification can the signing process proceed
