# Selection

> Dropdown, radio, or checkbox options from presets or custom lists

The **Selection** question lets candidates choose from a set of options.

## Configuration

| Option                | Description                                                                  |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Multi-select**      | Allow candidates to choose more than one option                              |
| **Preset type**       | Use a built-in list — Countries, Currency, Yes/No, or US States              |
| **Custom options**    | Define your own list of choices                                              |
| **Preset group**      | Use a grouped preset for categorized options                                 |
| **Multi-dimensional** | Matrix-style selection with rows and columns                                 |
| **Quiz answer**       | Mark correct answers for quiz mode — the form scores responses automatically |
