Overview

Sometimes you need to run a specific automation for a group of candidates — for example, sending a bulk reminder, updating stages, or triggering a re-collection for candidates who match certain criteria.

Steps

1. Filter Your Candidates

Navigate to your hiring flow’s application list and use filters to narrow down the candidates you want to target:
  • Stage
  • Tags
  • Date range
  • Custom field values

2. Select Candidates

Select the candidates you want to include. You can select individually or use “Select All” to include all candidates matching your filters.

3. Run the Automation

From the bulk actions menu, choose Run Automation. Select the automation you want to trigger for the selected candidates. The automation will execute for each selected candidate individually.

4. Monitor Execution

Track the progress and results of the automation run from the automation logs. Each candidate’s execution is logged separately, so you can see which succeeded and which failed.

Tips

  • Test first — Run the automation on a small group before applying to all candidates
  • Check filters carefully — Make sure your filter criteria match exactly the candidates you intend to target
  • Review automation actions — Confirm the automation’s actions are appropriate for bulk execution (e.g., avoid sending duplicate communications)
