Configuration

Multi-Signer Support
Documents can require signatures from multiple parties. Each signer is configured as a Document Signee with a specific role:| Signer Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Form User | The candidate filling out the form |
| Admin | A company admin — optionally restricted to specific admins |
| External | An external party identified by name and email |
Admin Verification Workflow
When admin verification is enabled:- The candidate submits the document
- An admin reviews and verifies the submission
- Only after verification can the signing process proceed
