Multi-Signer Support

Documents can require signatures from multiple parties. Each signer is configured as a Document Signee with a specific role: Each signee can have a notification template that sends an email when it is their turn to sign.

Admin Verification Workflow

When admin verification is enabled:
  1. The candidate submits the document
  2. An admin reviews and verifies the submission
  3. Only after verification can the signing process proceed

Use Cases

  • Offer letters requiring candidate and manager signatures
  • I-9 employment eligibility verification with employer signoff
  • Policy acknowledgment documents
  • NDAs or contractor agreements with external counter-signers
